Mehta Furniture Store had a large showroom in Bhopal with an extensive catalogue of over 200 furniture pieces. Their only digital presence was a basic Facebook page with low-quality photos. Potential customers from other MP cities who saw the Facebook page had no way to browse the full catalogue or understand pricing.
