Sunrise Coaching Institute - Admissions & Course Portal

Sunrise Coaching Institute had been operating for 8 years with all admissions handled in-person. Prospective students and parents would visit the office, collect a physical prospectus, fill a paper form, and pay fees in cash. This process worked for local students but excluded anyone who heard about the institute through word-of-mouth from outside Bhopal. The institute director, Ms. Kavita Mishra, wanted to modernise the admissions process and reach students across Madhya Pradesh - not just those who could physically visit the office.

We built a complete institute website with a digital admissions system. Prospective students can browse all courses with detailed syllabi, faculty profiles, and batch schedules. The online admission form collects all necessary information and accepts the registration fee via Razorpay - no physical visit needed until the first day of class. The admin panel allows staff to manage courses, view and approve applications, and send batch-specific announcements.
